Well I think I've hit the ground running back in the gong. Within 4 hours of getting home I was up front of a classroom delivering what I'm sure was the worst lesson I've ever taught, with just a remnant of my normal voice. I had yesterday off, but today I'm back at work as normal. Larissa and I had a good catch up at Panizzi, who have reverted to their original sandwich options, at the higher price that they charged for the more gourmet ones...they think we're not paying attention!
The thing that really made me feel like home was a return to Lee and Me this morning. Great coffee, great company, and Lee's welcome back made me very happy to be home. Lee said they've practically gone broke in my absence, and his kids haven't been able to eat ;-)
